Cold calling in USA - English

Hi my name is shashikant. i am having total 8 years of experience working for BPO and IT companies. In past I have taken calls for Microsoft technical Support USA, Symantec technical support USA and EXA web solution( Australian Company). My last job was EXA web solution where i have taken calls for 5 years. we used to do everything from lead generation to setting appointment for our consultant based in Australia. I am very good with customer care, convincing skill and technnical support.

I already run a process for US Educational loan lead generation. So i am sure i can run a process in the same EST timings and not just meet but also surpass your requirement. And of course we always believe in quality along with quantity. neither of them is valid on its own in this business. And once we start working for you, our numbers will negotiate for us, we don't have to.

Can you tell me more about the companies I will be calling, the purpose of the data collection, on behalf of what company I will be calling, etc. That info will allow me to have a better understanding of the project in order to get not less than a 40%+ overall success rate. to achieve this I will be calling either out of NY or OKC Reynaldo.
