Greetings, At first I would like to thank you for inviting me to your's project. Before I will place my final bid I would like to know a little bit more about your expectations. 1. Are you aware of existing "out of the box" solution? There is an official Zendesk app that runs flawless. Setting up it will take just few hours for any salesforce experienced person. 2. Or do you require custom solution? In this case it would take approximate 50-150hrs of development and testing. That would probably exceed your budget. Once again, thank you for inviting me. Hi I have been on salesforce for more than 5 years and i have handled many data migrations to/from salesforce. Example : Runbooks info to salesforce, Quickbooks info to salesforce. A few are continuously integrated and a few are one time data loads and I think your work would of one time data load. I believe my expertise will fit for this requirement. I am a integration expert who has been already completed more than 20 integrations including Amazon,NewEggs ...etc. As per my understanding you need integration expert who will be able to use Zendesk Api with salesforce and should be able to create the tickets there. As I have already integrated so many systems like Zendesk and with other tools api same as you required.
