cmui - covert XML file to flatfile

Convert a XML file to a pipe delimited flat file. The perl script will need to be flexible and handle null tags but still include all entries in the output. This flat fill will be loaded into a database so the format cannot change or vary depending on the input file. The XML file will have sub-elements in various attributes, so it will need to handle variable child elements
