Apache Optimisation | Email and Accounts Transfer

Right, This looks long but it's a SIMPLE project for the right person. I'm looking for an ADVANCED System Admin, who's got the time to spend on this project. I need you to do the following : 1 Transfer all mail settings, mail accounts, and mails (messages) from server1 to server2 2 Fix issue with mails not being delivered. 3 Optimise Apache by doing the following : a - Install php opcode cache (APC) (will provide url) b - Optimise main website database structure and index (will provide url - you can refer to the settings and optimisations made on server1) We have to make sure the caching works otherwise it will break everything!! /!\ AGAIN:: /!\ : This is a LIVE / PRODUCTION Server : Please NO MESSING AROUND - If you CAN'T do it, DO NOT BID!!!
