We have a program written in VB, with SQL database. We need to add some simple features to the program.

Source Code attached.
We need to add some extra fields to program and database:
Customer section:
Title (eg Mr, Mrs),
Gender (Male, Female)
Country (Default to Australia)
Favourite Product(s)*
* List of available products to be added via the admin section, and will grow over time.
Reporting section:
Extract lists of customers based on favourite products
Extract lists of customers with birthdays within a particular date range
