DNS SCraping - Name Server scraping

I need a desktop program that will scrape name servers and return a list in a txt document of the websites on that server. Example: I would enter [login to view URL] and the program would find all the domains being hosted. It would be good if the program could use IP as well. The main goal is to get all the email addresses from a server so if you know of a better way I am open to all suggestions. The program must work on Vista/Windows 7, XP
