All must include: Front End: - Static pages - Online product & service catalogue - client & supplier login - client specific product & service catalogue Back End: - sales management system - CRM - employee management system - Supplier/Purchase/production order management system - Job and freight tracking system - automated product and service upload system to catalogue - mail chimp integration - facebook/twitter links integration - blog - business intelligence and reporting management system - ability to export all financial details to MYOB for accountancy purposes Administration Section: Manage & edit all employees details and data etc. - Accounts Section: Manage all invoices and Purchase orders and synchronize up to accounting software etc - Marketing Section: Manage, edit and create own emarketing program which is easy to use and gives reports back as to what and how it is working. Create featured products on home page of front end. Manage all online and offline marketing. - Catalogue Section: Manage & edit all products and services available on the website - Client Section: Manage & edit all details about the client, contact details, staff, previous jobs, quotes, client specific catalogue - Supplier Section: Manage & edit all details about the suppliers, contact details, staff, previous jobs, quotes, pricelists etc. - Sales Section: Manage & edit a sales management system from the time of enquiry right through until the job is delivered to the client. - Operations Section: Manage & edit a operations/production/job management system from the time of approved order right through until the job is delivered to the client. - Reports Section: Manage, edit and view many reports, sales reports, operations/production reports, supplier reports, client reports, account reports, employee reports, marketing reports - This all needs to be backed up with a mobile version/application for ipad and iphone Everything must be backed up online so nothing can ever be lost. Also everything must be secure to hackers. You must respect our privacy for this project.
