Add Facebook page feature(s)

Since some code has been deprecated by Facebook we want to hire someone to tweak our page. We want to add a tab that shows a discount coupon when someone likes the page. We used to do this with fb:visible-to-connection but since that no longer works we will have to add an iFrame page etc. Don't have the time to do it, looking to source a FB dev to work with us now and going forward.
