Need someone who KNOWS Google +1 - repost

PLEASE read carefully - i do not want people to respond with answers like $ 10 USD for 1K google +1 likes etc........ I need someone who UNDERSTAND Google +1 and Help me create My Google +1 Profile nicely, Community, Hangout, etc, etc.... What I want? : I want to increase number for G+1 for my site My site is a shopping site and has been active from last 2 years and i have a CUSTOMER data base of close to 2000 and Newsletter Subscribers close to 3500 - These are MY own Customer.
