I was a Business Systems/Process Analyst for Empire BCBS, a client of my former employer -IBM. I also worked as a project manager for a SOA-based application development project for Medavie, a client of my former employer- Wipro.I have a Master's degree in Computer Applications and have experience in all phases of the SDLC, including software design and development in web-based technologies.

I am experienced in process flow mapping using MS Visio, domain modelling (one of the techniques I am familiar with is Business Component Modeling), requirements specification in the form of use cases,wireframing, gap analysis and UML modeling.
