APP AND SOFTWARE FOR OUR SALES TEAM

Dear Sir, We are a equipment manufatruring company having office at Ghatkopar,Mumbai . We are having team of Sales , Design ,Installation,Production,Account,Legal Executive s. We need a cloud based software and a related mobile app which will be used as Sales CRM with following details 1] Enquiry Registered 2] Offer prepared 3] rev 1 , 2 etc 4] Order win / loss 5] Start the order booking with following details Form 1 - Sales rep will fill the form and gives OK (checkbox or dropdown) Notification goes to both the Directors for approval in the same form (They will go through the project & commercial details and both Directors will individually give OK (checkbox or dropdown)) Both Director's give OK --> Manufacturing process Form 2 - Sales rep will get a notification that Directors have given a go ahead in Form 1. -Sales Engineer will fill up the form and OK the expected date of Dispatch. -Notification goes to Accountant to OK it once advance payment is received. -After Accountant gives OK, Notification goes to Jr. Designer to OK it and start the project design -Jr. Designer will design as per his timeline and gives OK . -Notification goes to Installation Engineer for Site readiness prediction and start the project. -Directors will give OK followed by OK from Sales & Installation depts. Date of Dispatch OK by team --> Factory Material readiness Form 3 - In this phase the images of the site is to be taken and stored in CRM regularly to monitor the progress - Notification to Design Director to go through previous stages,Images and details of the project -Design Director will OK and notification goes to Production Engineer to start production -Notification to QA/QC engg after approval from Prod. engg -They will OK and give an expected date of dispatch Material Ready --> Dispatch to start the site work Form 4 - The images of the site, the place where material is to be kept (material is worth lakhs & crores), truck parking space, storage space, installation space, etc. will be stored. -sales engg fills the form -Accountant will give OK after receiving payment of materials. -Sr. Engg gets notification that payment received, images are good to go. He will give OK based on Dimensions, and other remarks. -Installation engg will get notification for next steps -Directors will individually give OK. -Date of Dispatch will be confirmed by all Teams
