Client Machine - Anniversary Reminder Software

I require the development of a simple piece of software, that can be installed on our clients computers in order to give them a reminder that works needs to be carried out on their systems. There will be reminders for 2 different things, (1) System Tune-up (2) Antivirus Renewal There will be an on or off tick for each reminder and sliders to set the reminders for 6 months or 1 year for each one, the installation shall revert to the system date in order to insert the correct info, however clicking in that area will allow the user to set another date. A reminder will appear on the computer once it reaches that date, or as soon as the computer it switched on after passing that date, most likely using task scheduler. We don't want to upset customers with this so it can't be overbearing; we want to have 3 options on the reminder page, option (1) for the customer to click "snooze" the reminder for a variable period of days using a slider or to click, the reminder will then appear after the set number of days. (2) contact now which will direct the customer to our contact info which will come from a source .txt file in the folder root where the installation file is located. (3) cancel further reminders, which will disable further reminders for which of the 2 is appearing, but not disable the other reminder is any is set. Therefore allowing 2 separate reminders to run for the antivirus and tune-up which are set to different dates but would allow for both being set to the same date; variables (1) tune-up reminder (2) antivirus reminder I could develop this myself in a basic way, using batch files, graphics and windows task scheduler but I want something that's going to be quick to install and will be easier for other users.
