Connect 2 Hyperledger Docker over two physical machines

We have 2 physical machines(1 host is Ubuntu; Another host is Windows. Each machine has a VM running Ubuntu. For each Ubuntu, we have setup a Hyperledger docker. We need to connect 2 hyperledger so that the blockchain can exchange data. The problem for us now is that the hyperledger cannot talk to each other. Probably due to the settings of docker. We need someone familiar with the docker to help.
