Cryptocurrency Pump & Dump Trading Script

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python. To fully develop a pump & dump buy and sell script relating to the alternative cryptocurrency market. Most of the code is there and already functional, we will need to make it work across major crypto exchanges with there apis, have a friendly GUI, and implement a few other features such as the bot being able to recognize a telegram post of the coin being pumped.
