Develop Perceptual Hash Algorithms in C

I'm currently pursuing my PhD in Computer Science, and would like to throw my hat into the ring so to speak. I've a Honors BSc in Computer Science, as well as a double MSc in Space Automation and Robotics. I've 10 years of experience in C, I've taught courses on that language over the past 5 years, along with coding many personal and research projects in it.
