GUI for checkers game - open to bidding

i have two checkers game but i dont have time to put GUI in it. I need some one who is professional with javaFX and can put graphics in my console running game. also please go through the instructions carefully as i need a documentation as well in which certain things must be described as demanded please go through the document file and read the part 2 instructions carefully. i need graphics as well as documentation also. also the graphics should not be same in both games and documentation should not show any sort of plagirism
