C# Server/Client on socket that send a structure

As discussed: This is very risky project and there is potentially a lot of issues with it, what can I propose is something like that: Single service which will implement both - Client and Server logic, due the fact that there is no way to test that service I’ll create my own echo server which will be “external server” it will get data from client and send it back to the server. Also as I don’t have any test data source which can be used server will read sample data from sample file (base64encoded binary data structure). Those data will be send in infinite loop to show that service works. Additionally there will be simple service installer created at the end of project. As this project involves more work like installer plus I need to create test each server it will take a bit longer I still assume that it will be a one day of development and half of day for testing. Final cost of the project will be 250 euro, Paid in two milestones first milestone after providing screencast from my test system (150 euro) and second (100 euro) after software installation on target machine. Source code will be provided after both milestones.

I've built many applications to communicate remotely via TCP or UDP in either way it is practically the same when you have to send raw data or encapsulated in a structure, but the principle is still the same, there are actually no variations. I am an IT engineer and I work exclusively with .NET projects. In your specific case, it is quite simple. Even though you still do not specify if you need a prototype of C# Client/Server to handle this structure or if you already have a system Client/Server and want to handle the sending/receiving of structured data. I have previously worked with marshaling data streams into structs, by adding StructLayout and MarshalAs properties to the struct then using the marshaller to copy the data to a struct instance. That's really the only thing that needs to be added to the generic synchronous or asynchronous sockets examples that microsoft provides.
