Centos Dedicated server fix server high load average $40

my webserver is a dedicated server on a DATA Center i am running 2 to 3 websites. your job involves monitoring server fix issues Only experienced people who will give references bid on this. I am running shopping cart with 10 to 20gb database. I am running commercial shopping cart with mysql server is 4gb, 320gb centos os currently having issues with high load average and server is hung after 2 to 3 hours server climbs load average 30.+ , 25+, 45+ installed centos kernel el5PAE to handle 4gb ram since then it started. so fix it and get the server back. and part of this work tune my server and install security patches most of them already there you need to recheck and reinstall if necessary Bottom line get my dedicated server back up and running without issue we will do escrow and i will only release after the server is healthy for 2 weeks i have experience people fix it and after 2 days problem repeats again no use of it for me I need a healthy server up and running
