Designing and making a proposal for a new Citrix Xenapp farm in the DR Urgent need it urgently

We have a new DR and in there we would like to put in a new Citrix xenapp 6.5 farm so users can access our softwares like IBS, inews, Mediabook, BizTalk, teleport, Putty, etc via citrix. we will be having at least 50 concurrent users up to 100. and 1gb bandwidth. we have another citrix farm and a total of 155 Licenses which is being used there. we would like to use say between 10-15 licenses from those for this new farm so that a procedure needs to be put in place so that the new farm can get the licenses from there. I need the design , drawing, equipment needed and a proposal with implementation plan so we can have it approved and actioned. if you have any other questions just ask me and this is very urgent I need it ASAP before Monday preferably.
