Hello, I'm experienced System Administrator, If you have VNC root access from admin panel at your hosting providers, or your hosting provider provided you access to server via VNC(they send credentials when you rented server for the first time), then is possible to access server and enable ethernet adapter. Please contact me. Cheers! UPDATE!!! I didn't see that is windows server, also it could be IP KVM access, beside VNC, depends on hosting provider.

If the server does not have a remote management interface i.e a DRAC for dell or an iLO for HP servers then the chances of enabling the network remotely is none.

Hello there - I am an experienced System Administrator for both Windows and Linux systems so should have no trouble re-activating your remote server's network connection IF (and this is the big if) your provider has given you a means of connecting to the console of the machine. If it is a virtual server this will usually be a VNC connection or Terminal connection that they give you on your control panel. Without this and no means of connecting to the machine it is dead in the water until you get them to go and resolve it on site. Once on the console it will only be a matter of minutes to resolve the issue if it is just the case that a previous user has scrambled the IP address or deactivated the port. Good luck /R.
