Being involved in telemarketing industry since 4 years I have good skills of cold calling, appointment setting, and closing sales. I have experience in both B2B and B2C telemarketing campaign. I am a good listener, quick learner, energetic, enthusiastic and result oriented person.
Regarding my experience, I started telemarketing with a US company 4 years back working in the field of Debt Settlement where my duties would be to collect information of home owners in US and enroll them in the program. I worked with the company for almost 1 year and I was very successful in providing good number of sales to the client.
After a year of work, I left the company and started working with a Web Designing Company where I have to sell Web products (Website Design, Search Engine Optimization, Hosting & Domain Name) to US small and medium sized business houses. I joined the company as a Trainee Sales Executive and within 3 years time I reached to the level of Supervisor.
Regarding why I am fit for the job, I have invested my 4 years in telemarketing and I wanna continue devoting myself into this field and I love talking over the phone. I believe in work done within the time frame and provide with the best results possible by giving 100% effort.
