I am a graduate of Communications and have been working as a freelancer for a decade now. I have a marketing background and experience. I have handled different campaigns for Australia, US and Canada, both inbound and outbound accounts, such as such as healthcare, final expense, diabetic supplies, mortgages, insurance, resume screening, lead generation, appointment setting, content writing, SEO and others. I also have done English teaching and administrative assisting. I have handled tons of campaigns and 95% of those were appointment setting. I can follow a script and I can also compose my own as a guideline. Getting past gatekeepers is no longer a problem to me. I have gained enough knowledge and technique based on experience. So far, I haven't had any problems conversing in English or being understood with my speaking.
