Experienced people in lead generation and telesales needed for my expanding parenting magazine. Some leads given as well as lots of repeat business so will be a combination of warm and cold calls. Style will need to be more consultative than hard sell to nurture and maintain sales rather than hard sell and a warm and friendly style spotting opportunities for upselling new services we're introducing later this year will be an advantage. Must be native english speaking as advertising is currently sold based on the 'local' style and feel of the magazine so must be in keeping with this.
Rate is low during the trial period as it can prove costly trialling people if no sales are made. Happy to increase accordingly once a successful sales capability has been proven.
