I am a business graduate r. I am involved with the activities related to the customer support from the past 6 months. I am young, energetic and a very fast learner. Most of my work in the field of customer support is eBay related. I have the complete know how of the resolution center, that is how to deal with not received requests, how to deal with return cases and how to follow up on negative feedback. I have complete knowledge of how to keep the shop rating above par and thus increase in sales of the items. I am a young, energetic and talented guy and i believe I am the right person for this Job. My main responsibilities in the job
To interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assist customers.
To achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.
Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues.
Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for resolution.
