I use Chinese all the time in my ministry. I use software to 3-line from Chinese to English, and understand how to get the information out of the characters into the English flavor. In English you often need to fill in different words to complete the sentence. Btw I didn't find your 120 words attached. It does not matter whether it is Traditonal or Simplified text.

I can finish translating Chinese to English 600 words within 1-2 hours. I can receive only 8 USD per job! I am good at Chinese, I have got a B grade in HKCEE Exam. And Hong Kong people are on average having better English than people in China. I have experiences of translating in my volunteer experience.
