Potential Hebrew proofreading project, currently we have 50+ pages which a part of 5000 pages’/month project. Same will kick off soon in couple of days, we would like to request you to extend your support as Equire’s partner. Attached is the process of proofreading to be followed.
We need the Hebrew document to be proofread. we are looking for text file output– one text file for the main text with a text file for each commentary section. The process would be that Equire will be converting from images(pdf) with the help of OCR and would be extracting the word output of each page and will forward you the same for proofreading. You have to make sure that the output should match the input, after OCR as during OCR process there might be missing words, spaces, punctuations, spelling etc. and you have to proofread the same. Please provide us the quote as per 1000 character (our expectation is $ 0.50/1000 characters). We would be glad to work with you as it’s a high value project, and the rough calculations would be as below:
1 page = approx. 12,000 Characters
$6/page X 5000 pages /month
Note – above calculations are based on $0.50/ 1000 characters. Do let us know your thoughts as it’ll be a recurring project for 10-12 months. Do let me know your schedule to discuss the same.
