Design a voice recorder using FPGA and VHDL

Need to evaluate the FPGA prototyping board Altera cyclone 2 DE1 to design a voice recorder. Design the project using [login to view URL] design should be able to record a minimum of 1 minute of audio input and playback clearly through the on-board speaker or an external speaker.
