Basic video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro compatible with CS5

We need a 1.5min video to be edited in Adobe Premiere. More specifically: 1. Caption screen - you can add couple of lines of text that we’ll edit later 2. Video (we’ll provide). You can enhance the video, if possible. 3. Caption screen - again couple of lines of text and a logo on bottom right corner (we’ll provide the logo 4. There is no voice over or sound, but just background noise. You will just need to remove the background noise. As an output we, we need 1) the Premiere file as well as 2) an .mp4 or .mov file
