I'm glad you were able to lower the budget for this since I saw your other one and I felt guilty bidding even $250 (the minimum your other project would allow)... I used to work for a TV Network and one of my duties there was to edit video's on occasion. What you are looking for is just putting the video's in the order you specify and fade through black with a title on the fades, with music in spots too...
