Dating site. Have 90 second audio.. need animated explainer video

We are looking for someone to create a really great animated video to explain our product. We need it for a crowdfunder campaign we're going to launch. We had a friend do the voice over. It is 94 seconds in length. The video would have to be designed to work with this voice over. We're open to the person using an online animation service of their choosing. The winning bidder will be required to present us with a storyboard to explain how the video would flow so we can approve before they start work on creating it. Will need to see previous works.
