Streaming Script, Similar to Ustream TV

I am in need of basically a streaming script. If you are familiar with [login to view URL] then you will know exactly what I am talking about. I sort of need a clone of its Screen, and broadcast window options. I will need it to have its own interface where my members can login with thier own personal account and enter a small broadcast window. From there the broadcast window will have several options that he can set. Audio/video Quality options, they need to have the option to use a video camera or capture card, so basically audio/video input selection. Optional not nessesary but maybe a Volume meter where it indicated if its too loud or low with like green yellow orange and red. Video Quality meter. I will also need a button to start and stop the broadcast. The screen or embed script that will go on the homepage im guessing is simple.. simple screen where i can put my logo, and brand the screen, small bar on the bottom where you see a pause and play button, volume bar and i really need it but if you cant insert it a counter on how many people are viewing real time counter. Like i said its basically a clone of ustream.tv. create an account with them and use thier broadcast flash script. and then view your stream in the page they dedicate to you. i already have the server i will be using and the website is done. I will let you guys bid the money. Because i do not know how much this project will be. Please be affordable and also if you can include jpegs or psds of the players image so i can edit it anytime. Future integrations will be ad free streaming, members can pay to view without ads for a fixed monthly fee, or streamers can pay for a "pro" package where their viewers will not get ads. The "pro" package will also allow things like HD quality video etc. It really needs to be just like ustream's script so please place your bids based on that :)
