In need of video production and recording professional for event (nob hill)

On April 6, we will be hosting a private event for the alternative energy space. The event will at The University Club in San Francisco. It's an all day event, but we would like to have either portions of the speakers, or all the speaker recorded both audio, and video. We realize it's a bit short notice, but what the heck! We will have 60 attendees, and 10 speakers. We have a few ideas. Live streams, standard recording in HD with audio, or audio only depending on budget.
