Ok work I would like doing.
You will see the database is for my DJ bookings and to automate the letter process and adding dates to my outlook diary. Im looking for 2 jobs on this database.
1st Job – DJ Booking Database
Very Easy – Basically I require the tick boxes removing from the extra’s and just one large blank text box. The text book to fill on the booking forms (you will see 2 copies from the print button at the bottom) and to copy the information into the booking confirmation letter in the word document. You tick the booking confirmation letter then the print button at the bottom to auto open the word document with the information filled in from the database.
Invoice section, it at the moment just prints the disco package booked quantity and price, which is all ok. However underneath, I would like extra’s booked, then the list filled in from the database of extras booked. (No need to amend totals or anything)
Can you also add an email client option, to auto open email from outlook with the email address filled in?
That’s the minor amendments done.
2nd Job – The Bigger Bit
Basically I want to copy the DJ Database to reproduce my paperwork for my new hire business Wedding Venue Lighting.
Ideally to be built within the same database as current one, so it can use the same venue details. You will see I have linked to the new hire agreement template for this part of the database.
I wish to keep the database as in, with same client details, venue details.
Collect Hire Date – Start & Finish Time, Install Time, & Add Collection Date & Time
Remove roadshow booked, dress code, client names etc..
Hire equipment to be 1 large box, I can fill in accordingly.
The database then to produce the following documents filled in (linked above)
Booking Letter
Booking Confirmation
Delivery Note
Credit Card Deposit (Change Header To New Logo & Name)
Credit Card Balance (Change Header To New Logo & Name)
Invoice (New Company Name)
Diary Link In Outlook at store install date.
Anyway ill let you have a look, I am open to suggestions though and quote accordingly.
