As you know, I had almost created your database.
I need answer for my questions to process further, if you will accept my bid.

Main is how I must filter results and which key I must use for pointed by you tabs/forms, i.e.
1. User (or Case Worker?) select his/her account .
2. Using this account:
1) program display records (My chaser button) only for current, selected User (or Case Worker?),
2) in Claim history tab (Access Barlow [login to view URL]) user can enter Type,
Note and Select file, then program automatically add date (current),
Type, Case worker (current Case worker), Notes and File.
3) ...
Please, describe all other places , where you want to apply selected User (or Case Worker? I not know yet if they are from same table).
