A split timer program, reprogramming

This program was previously made but not fully functional correctly. I have included instructions in the program and all you have to do is reformat the program based on those instructions. If interested, send me a private message then I'll send you a link to the project. Since most of the coding is already done, I will only pay $50 for the project and payment will be in AlertPay only. There is no time requirement or deadline for the project but it's first come, first served only. The project consists of a timer that keeps tracks of records used to determine personal best times for something.
