Default Printer Switcher

Please read all of the following requirements and look at the attached images before bidding! What we are looking for is a Windows app written in Visual Basic or C++ and must be compatible with Visual Studio 2012. The application will consist of 2 forms. 1) The main form which we will call "Default Printer Switcher" (Check out [login to view URL]) and 2) The settings form which will get the necessary information from the user (Check out [login to view URL]) Both forms will be size: 750x500 (pixels), I want all the elements on the forms in proportion to the form itself, LARGE. The forms should end up looking exactly like they do in the attached pictures. If this is the first time the user is running the app it should bring them straight to the settings page. Where they will select Printers A and B (from an auto populated drop-down menu showing all available printers in the system) and the corresponding messages they want displayed when that particular printer is set as default. After they click Save and Close bring up the Default Printer Switcher main form. Now, on the main form, when they click "CHANGE DEFAULT PRINTER" it should change the default printer to A and set the Text according to what they put on the settings page. If they press it again, it should switch to B and set that text, and if they press it again, it should switch back to A, and so on. Obviously, if they click the settings button, it should open the settings form again and allow them to change their settings. The code should be formatted nicely and should be well documented so others can understand what is going on. Windows 7 and Windows 8 Compatibility is a MUST. Thank you and good luck.
