Automated Replacement in MSWord

Hi All, We are a specialized translations agency based in Krakow, Poland. A quick of intro to the current project, if you don't mind. During our work cycle with the documents, a certain symbols are introduced by the translators, editors, consultants etc. to locate specific places in a doc. E.g. # means - terminology consultation needed, !! means - style needs improvement or // means - check for punctuation. Also, in Polish some characters are not allowed at the end of lines and need to be moved to the next line. We usually achieve this by replacing a regular space with a non-breaking space (e.g. I want to be a [break] coder, would need to be coverted into I want to be [break] a coder by placing NBS after 'a', so that 'a' no longer stands at the end of a line. This applies to a number of letters (i, u, w) and short phrases (mg/ml, kg/m3 etc). Therefore before delivering a ready document to the customer, we need to manually check whether all these !! # have been removed and also check for doublespaces, and orphaned characters at the end of a line. Therefore we need a solution (a macro?) that is: 1. Easy to install 2. Customizable - a. define which characters need to be checked for/removed (e.g. #, !!, // etc.) b. define which characters/short phrases need to be checked for and moved to a next line. The macro should also remove all user information from the doc that is being processed. Pls provide your pricing, turnaround and verifiable references.
