Advertise Site

I need to have one of my sites (it is a video upload site) to receive much higher traffic (about 500 people per day.) If you can do this and can keep the people coming back, you will have accomplished this task. Please present me with information regarding how you would go about doing this and I will pick the freelancer with the best experiance and examples for the job. I expect 500 or more people to visit the site per day and will not finish any escrow payments until such is done. I will give more information before choosing if I feel you are the best.
