Complete a list of 100 Hosters with Webhosting in the EU costing < $3.50 / month -- 2

I am looking for somebody to create a list with 100 Hosters that provice cheap Cpanel Webhosting in the EU. The Webhosting must: - Support all functions needed for Wordpress (Mysql, Modrewrite, Php settings etc) - Cost less than $3,50 / month on a monthly contract - Have the Servers on which the Hosting Accounts are created in the EU (no US or other countries outside the EU) I need you to write this into an excel sheet showing: The Hosters Name, a Link to the Hosting offer (not just the hoster but the exact page where it shows the shared hosting account), the monthly price, the country of the server where the hosting account will be hosted. Pointers: - You can try and look in webhosting forums like WHT Important: Payment will only be if you get at least 100 hosters together that fullfill above criteria. No payment for less than 100 hosters. I don't want to get people bringing me 50 hosters, than I have to hire somebody new, give him the 50 hosters etc. So absolutely no payment if you don't finish the list ! Do not bid if you don't agree Important 2: If a hoster has 3 Shared Webhosting Servers within the EU (e.g. 1 in Germany, 1 in France and 1 in Italy) you can count this as 3 Hosters. So you would only need 97 more. Important 3: I am looking to pay around $50
