Customize CSS & HTML on existing site

I need new CSS/ HTML for my website [login to view URL] I want the look and feel to be similar to [login to view URL] We will use same graphical elements on this for now, but will replace with our own at a later time. Both sites use the same branded website backend. All you need to do is to copy/update/create the new CSS and HTML from site I like to my site. Please attach samples of your existing work when sending the PM. This is a small job with opportunity to become virtual assistant on ongoing and future projects. Thanks!
