Asset Management Website Remake

The existing web site is quite antiquated and needs a make over to make it look modern and unique. I want something that looks like a bank or financial company web site. On the main page there needs to be a log-in for people who want to see their accounts. The logo also needs to be jazzed up. I want a main page template and a secondary pages template. I don't like a lot of flash, as I want a search engine friendly site. Every page should allow for easy navigation to other pages. There will be a SSL protected database behind the public side of the site, for client's only.
