Basic / Low-budget Website Design

A simple and very basic information website that is highly cost effective. The budget for this project is $40. No Graphic work required. We will supply jpeg image of template design. You will need to convert this into the website template and install. Final payment is contingent on a 100% operating website as per this description of all website features. The website must include the following very basic features: • Main page (we will supply front page graphic) • Top website navigation bar – able to navigate throughout website sections and pages • Left side category navigation bar – able to navigate throughout product categories • Back end admin – allows us to easily populate all product text and product images (allowance for multiple product images on the one page) We only want a cost effective basic website - no complex modules or graphics required. We simply require a functional and professional looking website. The budget for this project is $40.
