Become an Established Designer for my E-Commerce Site

I am in need of a talented designer for my E-Commerce project. The e-commerce site is up and running and has been efficiently for over 2 years now. I need a designer who can 1) Design new promotional pages 2) Design necessary pages more effectively then they are now 3) Create images that will be used for promotional, sales, and other uses. The e-commerce store is based around Air Jordans and Air Force Ones. Please provide your portfolios (with checkable references as I will check them) and your hourly rate (you must bid for 5 hours of work).
