CSS3 HTML5 TEMPLATE

Hi all. I need a template fairly complete with all alternative columns so I can then change it to my liking simply changing images and text. Attached is a PDF with all the requirements (in Spanish), and effects you need web page. No need x pages, I need all those effects you want in few pages, I then reorganizaré with that code the website. I do not give neither the text nor the images. I just want the template and then modify it. If you can make a responsive design will add points to give the project (bot not is necessary). Maybe I forgot one or two things, but not much. I want to use some known framework of grids and work from the project. What interests me most is time. I want to have it as soon as possible, in a few days. Sunday morning I want to start the project to have it soon. I need a programmer with experience and professionalism css3/html5. Meeting the day to push without delays. And I would like to track daily web-design. I milestone, I have no problem with that. Thank you.
