CSS Page Design & Upload To Our Server

I have a Groupon type site and am looking for a skilled designer to redesign the CSS to give my site my own look and feel...No script work needs to be done... I am looking for this project to be completed in the next 36 hours, so I will award it very quickly. IMPORTANT: If you have designed other Groupon-Type sites before, that will be a plus. REQUIREMENT: I need to see links to sites that you have designed the CSS for in order to consider you for this project. Our budget for this project is approximately $50-$75 and we would like to get started immediately.
