Clone, Gif Change, Shopping Cart & Payment Set Up + More

This is three fairly small projects bundled into one plus possible backend work. I’d like to clone [login to view URL] … but need to have someone creative enough to make as different as possible so it’s not so blatant a clone (building from scratch is optional) … hoping to have someone talented enough to do that without a lot of guidance. I’ll need to change out the Ox Publishing name and contact info (and any variations of them) with the contact details I provide. I have most, if not all of the downloadable content seen on the site which I can get to you … but I’ll need a shopping cart and payment gateway set up (so I need you to provide the software or direct what to get). I’d also like to clone [login to view URL] (which has a small bit of flash). I’ll need to change out the Baker Communications name and contact info (and any variations of them) with the details I provide. I need to change the gifs on [login to view URL] from showing "WCM" / "WC Medical Consultants, Inc" to "MSD" / "Multi-Scan Diagnostics, Inc". As an alternative, I would prefer that this section of the webpage be changed to just straight HTML so that I can easily change the name in the future. If you could come up with something good looking that works in HTML, it would be great. I also would like to change the gifs for the left side navigation bar/submenu in the sections "About Us" and "Services". In the About Us submenu it currently has "Why WCM?" ... I'd like to change that to "Why Us?" Under the Services submenu, instead of "WCM Planning Process" I'd like to just have "Planning Process".
