I need a website portal template designed or modified from existing inventory. I want a Windows XP theme. It must be .html and contain "NO FLASH" I do not like Adobe PSD stuff as it is to hard for me to edit. I simply want to add photos ,banners,text etc. I will need all blank images included for buttons,banners,graphics etc so that I may modify them. I would like a search engine included in it for the site and also for the web. All I want to do is upload and edit in Microsoft Frontpage. The style of templates I like is www.thetemplatestore.net. There templates have "includes files" etc. I will select the winner from posted projects on the PMB. Payment via PayPal upon completion. Post your samples I need it now. The primary theme of the template will be for a community, business directory,restaurant and entertainment guide as well as shopping and local businesses. Post your samples. I will aslo need 4 to 5 seperate content pages
