We have recently moved our website from osCommerce over to Magento. Since then we have been dealing with a host of problems. There seems to be quirky issues in the page load/speed, top navigation missing, URL rewrite issues, and installing Extensions seems to break the site. We need to have a "tune up" to fix, optimize, and give us stability with our [login to view URL] are looking to work with a team for years to come. Our last web development team we used with osCommerce- that was a 4+ year relationship. You will need great host for magento. if you are not yet gone for powerful dedicated server then plan for it. Maintaing magento is expensive also in terms of extensions. And after you got new own host the server needs to tweaks for magento.. lets see what you have now
