Build a website

Project Description: I'm looking for someone to build me a website like [login to view URL] which would allow me to buy laptops, phones, etc from all over the country. I'm looking for something as close as possible to Gazelle without stealing their code and layout. A person should be able to come to my website, and get an instant quote for their used laptop, cell phones, ipads, etc. I tried posting this a couple months ago, and got an OUTRAGEOUS amount of responses, over 100! So here are some restrictions to limit the amount of responses. I'm not sure if Gazelle uses some algorithms to adjust the the pricing depending on the current prices (ebay), but I would imagine that is how it works. I would also like an easy to use control panel so I can control all of the prices myself. I do not have a huge budget and if you're going to email to tell me I'm an idiot or anything along those lines please save your breath or fingers in this case. My budget is $1000 or so for the site itself and I'm sure it will need maintaining down the road so more can be expected. Please tell me about yourself or your company, do not send me anything generic that you send to everyone or I will not reply. Send me some similar sites you've done, not just basic Wordpress sites. Please be in my area so we can sit down and talk about ideas. If you're not interested because I'm not paying enough, go to the next ad.. I just graduated from college, and am in a lot of debt so this is my budget. If the site takes off and you're doing a great job, I would love to cut you in on the business as well. Thanks for reading!
