I'm designing a website and came up with an idea for navigation. However I can't find a website that works like this to test if it will be uncomfortable for the user. I don't need the whole site to be built now, as I'm still in early stages of the design, I only need a proof of concept page that behaves like this so I can test the user experience. You can see the attached GIF to see what I need. [login to view URL] Details: Each "slide" fills 100% of the screen. When the black arrow is active it means the user is scrolling, when it is not active, it means the user is not moving the scroll wheel. The little lines mark the middle of the screen. Thank you.

This can be done as a simple jQuery plugin. I have to do this for sites all the time. Sliding panels are the in thing at the moment and I can use touch screen swipe commands in my plugins for full compatibility with modern mobile devices. A scroll, monitor,adjust, lock system would suite you best here. I can iterate the math and generate the function. It's child's play from where I'm standing. Hire me.
